Placing an Order

How to place an order?

After you login you will see a large black BEGIN ORDERING button on your homepage. You will also be able to access the Order Form on the top navigation by clicking on Order Form. 

Both these links will direct you to the order form. 

      • Selecting products: The order form has been designed in a way to make ordering your products simple. Products are grouped according to either brand, product type, nicotine strength, or pack size. Click on the product name or the drop down arrow on the right hand side of the product which will show you all the variants available.  
      • Updating quantities: Update the number of products you would like to order by choosing the up arrow function on the Qty box. When you have updated the Qty required of each product you will need to click on the UPDATE CART button in your mini-cart on the right hand side of the screen to move all the selected product quantities into your cart. This UPDATE CART button should be in red and change to green when products have been added. The button should now show CART UPDATED
      • Checkout: Once you have selected all the products you would like to order, click on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button in black at the bottom of the mini-cart. Please check your store name, contact details and delivery method is correct. Then click the SUBMIT ORDER button.Don’t forget to select the Terms of Trade and confirm you are ordering for the correct store. 

Your order has now been placed. 

When will I receive my order?

All orders will be processed by the following business day. Orders are expected to be delivered within 72 hours after dispatch. You will be able to track the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history on the homepage. For your convenience, a tracking number will be provided to you by email upon dispatch so you will be able to monitor delivery.

Delivery Estimates:

  • Express Shipping - NZ Post guideline is 1-2 days*
  • Standard Shipping - NZ Post guideline is up to 3 working days*


* Delivery targets are a guide only. Delivery outside major towns and cities, including to and from rural or remote areas will take longer.

Additional Stores

I own multiple stores, how do I add another store? 

On the top navigation, on the right hand side is an ADD A STORE button. Click this button and an application form will launch. Please start to fill in your new store details including name, location, address, business info and 2 credit referees. Once the application form is completed this will be sent to our accounts team to validate and open your account. 

Now when you log in to the portal you will be asked which store you would like to place an order for in a pop-up and you can toggle between stores using the drop down SELECTED STORE feature on the right hand side of your screen. You will be able to access all your stores via the same email address if you have logged in and added a store. 

When you place an order, before you can SUBMIT the order you will be asked to confirm which store you are ordering for. This ensures that you don't accidentally place an order for the incorrect store.  

You can add in all the stores you own or order for and access them through the one login. No more forgetting passwords! 

Credit limits and Account Balances

Where do I find my credit limit /  balance information?  

You can find more information about your Credit Limit / Account balance in the Account section of the website. Click the MY ACCOUNT link on the top right hand side of your screen. 

I cannot place an order, I'm over my credit limit. Help! 

We’re working on an easier payment system where you can pay your account within the portal. Unfortunately for now you’ll have to contact someone at the alt. New Zealand support office to pay your account. 

I need to change my store or contact details.
